📍 Our house is tucked just off Streatham High Street, offering great connectivity as we have 3 stations within walking distance and an extensive bus network. We have a big Tesco's close by and a few other supermarkets (Aldi, Lidl, and Sainsbury's) There's so much to explore on the high street, from charity shops to pubs and cafes, very diverse dining, and even an Olympic sized ice rink. (Fun fact we have the longest high street in the city!)

🏡 The house consists of three floors. The ground floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom. The first floor has a similar layout (your bedroom would be on this floor), while the second floor features our spacious open plan living room and kitchen, along with a balcony where we all love to hang out!

🛌 Bedroom comes furnished with bed and wardrobe. the deposit is £634. rent is £625 & bills are £108 pppcm totaling £733 pcm
