A lovely double room available in a beautiful, neat and clean house share in Streatham that is located close to all amenities... (house sharing with 3 boys, and 2 girls- and one very affectionate/relaxed dog). We all get on well and are friendly. We’re all on different schedules and spend a lot of time in our rooms so it doesn’t feel like you’re living with many people in this big house.

Location Info:
24 hour Super size Tesco, Lidl, Sainsbury's, M&S, Aldi, off licences and cafes/restaurants all within a 5-10 minute walk. The Local Gym is a 5min Walk, Streatham, Streatham Common, and Norbury DLR (Railways) all within 8min walk. Direct train to London Bridge, London Victoria, Kensington High Street, Shepherds Bush, Croydon, Clapham junction, wimbledon, st pancreas and one change to Waterloo. All train journeys are approximately 20mins to London stations.

Amenities
The house has the fastest high speed internet. We have free parking and a big garden that is ideal in the summer. We are also surrounded by some of Streatham's best commons. We have a beautiful rookery (flower garden) and tennis court within a 5 minutes walk.
Rent is inclusive of all bills. The room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, drawers and & bedside table.
The house has one toilet and separate bathroom on the main level, and another separate toilet and bathroom upstairs.
A great bonus of living here is the use of our spare room, which enables you to have close friends and family visit.

We're a friendly house who enjoy chats and a drink in the kitchen, but also enjoy our own space. The house is so big and we're all professionals on different schedules so you often don't run into anyone. We’re a mixture of South Africans, aEnglish, and a Slovakian . We're looking for someone who likes dogs and is very clean and tidy as this is a necessity.
