We have a fabulous garden and spacious lounge. Kitchen with build in appliances including tumble drier, air-fryer, Nutribullet plus all the usual in good order. - 'Wet room' style bathroom - The room is designed to maximise space and storage, the window is large with beautiful window-boxes. Sharing with 2 others, one male photographer, one female creative professional.

The flat is 5 minutes walk from Streatham Rail Station, many busses, leisure centre, M&S, swimming pool, ice rink, great cafés, pubs and supermarkets.
We have good wi-fi and broadband access.

The culture of the flat has always been sociable with a creative slant. It's big enough for you to keep your self to you self when you want and with great social spaces for joining in with films and meals as you like.
