Small double room with a single bed to rent in my two bedroom ground floor garden flat.

Suitable for a full-time working female, who has a place of work to go to. One day a week working from home would be fine! A quiet, clean & tidy professional preferred.

I would also consider a Mon - Fri let at £500 p/m

The flat is in a safe gated development with lovely communal gardens, right next to Streatham Common so great for walks and exercise.

The room has a large chest of drawers, bedside unit, hanging rail, & book shelves.

You would have the use of a shared kitchen with washing machine/tumble dryer, shared bathroom & living room.

It’s a 10 minute walk down to Streatham High Road where there are lots of great cafes and restaurants, cinema and good transport links.

Streatham station is a 10-15 minute walk and Streatham hill and Streatham Common both 20 mins walk.

The 249 and 417 buses go from outside the flats and other buses to Brixton and Central London a 5 minute walk away.

I am a retired teacher. I do lots of outdoor swimming, visiting friends and family by the sea, reading and listening to music.
