A very large double room, 5 mins walk from station

We have a very spacious double room up for grabs in a 5 bed house within 4 minutes walk of Streatham Common train station (zone 3)

Due to me unfortunately moving out, we will be looking for someone great to take this room.

This is a great sized double bedroom on the 2nd floor (apologies for the mess, it'll be cleaner for the viewing) for £600pcm. Comes with a huge built in wardrobe, king bed and a desk. There's also ample free parking on the street too.

The deposit for the room is 1 month's rent.

This 5 bedroom house is split over 3 floors and includes a communal living room, a kitchen and a bathroom with toilet.

We enjoy hanging out together and all get along really well while still respecting each other's space. It makes the place feel like a home rather than just a room in a house. We’d like to find someone who is looking for somewhere to call home rather than shut themselves away as we’re a sociable bunch. You will be moving in with 2 guys and 2 girls (late '20s - early 30's young professionals). Smokers are fine but never in the house. We’re looking for someone who would fit in well with the house.

Streatham has good transport links, being only 12 mins from Clapham Junction and 20 from Victoria. The nearest bus stop is at the top of the road, a short 5-minute walk, which gives access to bus routes to Croydon and Brixton, Streatham Train station is also a 10 minute walk away, connecting you to Farringdon and Kings Cross St Pancras.

There are plenty of local shops and pubs within walking distance and there is a Tesco Extra and Sainsbury's within a 7-minute walk.

There is also Streatham Common within a short walk, perfect for an evening stroll.
