A double room in new build house

A lovely double room in a friendly house share.

The house is 3 bedroom new build, with lots of natural light, garden, storage space, 2 bathroom and fully furnished house. All bills are included in the £655 (besides water which we get every 6 months).

Close connections to Streatham Common Station. about 35 minutes to central London. Close to shops.

Looking for a friendly professional to rent the 3rd room in the house.

We've got a video of the property that we took a few years ago (as you will notice we've filled the place up a bit since then haha) the video should be able to showcase the spacing in the house and the photos that we've uploaded should be able to showcase how it looks now, drop us a message and we can share the link

The room itself will be part furnished, so you'll need to bring some of your own things (ie bed and mattress).

A bit about the other house mate and myself:
- Hannah works as a project manager for an building company (loves to read, binge watch TV and some wine)
- Myself (Jas) work in the video games industry (reading, games binge watching shows with Hannah, overall nerd and the occasional drink =])
