Located on the ground floor of a characterful Victorian style semi detached house with a beautiful garden (including BBQ & outdoor seating), off road car parking and external sheds (for bikes etc).
The kitchen has all mod cons including washing machine, dish washer, coffee machine etc.

5 minutes walk from the village area of Streatham Common which hosts David’s Deli & Estate Office Coffee (both great for a Friday treat), Element independent gym, The Railway pub (Tuesday quiz night)!
5 minutes walk from Streatham Common.

🔸Transport
5 minutes walk from Streatham Common Station which has trains to Victoria (12 mins) via Balham (3 mins) for access to the Northern Line. Trains also to London Bridge (30 mins).
15 minutes walk to Streatham Station.

🔹Me / Housemate
I am social, active, love sports (triathlon, yoga & netball in particular) and would love to make a friend as well as a housemate to go for drinks/ pub quiz occasionally but equally do our own things. I work from home on average 2 days a week. Quite ad hoc I look after a family bengal cat who is beautiful and affectionate, so you’ll need to not mind a cat being around on the odd occasion!
