Double Bedroom, Dual Aspect Windows, Garden View

Furnished double room available in SW16.

Working professional looking to sublet my spare room. It's a really bright double bedroom with dual aspect windows, currently with a double bed, mattress, double wardrobe, a large clothing rail (not pictured) and a built in desk.

My names Sarina, I'm a Project Partner and EA, I work remotely most the time, so will likely be found pottering around with my laptop.

A bit about me, I'm from West London originally, but I've been in South about a year and a half, and I think I've officially been converted. Can 'almost' never say no to a glass of wine, cookies, rnb sing-a-long, bottomless brunches, or a good murder documentary. Also easily swayed by movie marathons or series binges.

Before I sound like a complete slob, I am finally back into the gym too, so I do try to go most weekdays. And have a fairly social friendship group who attempt to drag me out on weekends.

But, most importantly, I am dog mum to a 1.5 year old bundle of love named Teddy, he's a shitzu terrier (so hypoallergenic), and a huge attention whore so I'm sure he'll demand cuddles from anyone who moves in.

Although I am a big fan of my own space, it would definitely be nice to live with someone that could be a friend too, rather than just lodger.

Looking for someone clean, tidy, and easy going, with a sense of humour. Someone that would be open to glass of wine occasionally but also enjoys their own time too. And of course must like dogs!

The rest of the flat is flooded with natural light. The living room has large windows looking out on to a very quite road. There's a big L sofa, and 50" TV. Oh, and my new plant babies which aren't pictured. (I am very proud to have not yet killed them)

The kitchen has all standard appliances, bonus of a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine etc. There's a large pop up table at present because I've never got around to transporting my wood table from my mums.

The bathroom is fairly big too, with a bath/shower, and abnormally large sink.

The road has plenty of free parking so no issue if you drive. There's also a garden (front and back) but full disclosure the back is a shit hole and needs a lot of tlc.. Its on my list (but keeps getting pushed to the bottom).... so anyone with green fingers would be a benefit!! Ha.
