Short term sublet Streatham January to mid Feb

Hello folks! I'm renting out my entire flat as I'll need to be abroad in that time. Dates can be a little flexible from early Jan to early Feb. I regularly rent the apartment so it will be left clean and with personal belongings stored out of your way.
The flat is a fully-furnished one double bedroom (not two bed, but can't seem to select one bed only!), with living room, kitchen and bathroom. All bills included.
There is outside parking on a first come, first serve basis, and on street parking, if needed. There is a small garden at the front for sitting outside on sunny days.
The flat itself is situated just off the high road and close to Streatham Common, with a number of different transport link options (trains, buses) available. There are fantastic local amenities close by, with Lidl, Sainsburys and Tesco Metro all within walking distance. Also some nice pubs and coffee shops around, as well as the common.

Would suit a professional/postgrad individual or couple in need of a short term rental in London for a fixed period of work, or in need of temporary accommodation while looking for a more permanent base.
