Double en-suite room

About Streatham - Streatham is a vibrant place with loads of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, leisure centre. There is a lovely park within walking distant with a fabulous rookery. The house is within 5-10 minutes walking distance of Streatham Common and Streatham railway stations that takes you into London Bridge and Victoria and Gatwick Airport.
About the property - The house is council tax Band F. It is 4 bedrooms plus conservatory and a large garden. The street is quiet. Fully fitted kitchen. Most bills are included but contribution to bills may be needed depending on your usage.
About the room - The room is a double bedroom, fully furnished with a new double bed, a large fitted wardrobe and storage space. It is on the first floor at the front of the house. It has an en-suite bathroom (shower).
About me - I sometimes work from home and do this in the bedroom converted into a study. I have a large family who often pop round. We are a very sociable family. I like to travel, chill out with a glass of wine, watch TV, read, take part in Am Dram. I am an accomplished seamstress/dressmaker. I am a smoker but only in my room on the second floor and outdoors, (not the rest of the house). I have a cat who is housed in the conservatory and is not allowed in the bedrooms.
About you - You will have access to the kitchen, front room, conservatory, and garden. The house is mainly vegetarian however, poultry is fine. You will be responsible for keeping the room and en-suite clean, and also tidy up after yourself when using the rest of the house. You can be a student or professional.
