The house faces a quiet suburban street tucked in the heart of Streatham Common

A staircase on the ground floor leads up to the open-plan living kitchen area on the first floor.

The reception room has a large window that overlooks the neighbours' back gardens, and the kitchen has views of Tooting Common.

The kitchen area is ideal for cooking and entertaining with space for a dining table. Fully fitted with appliances (incl washer/dryer, fridge-freezer, extractor fan, and a microwave and an oven).

The living area has a comfortable 3 seater sofa and a TV area.

Bed 2: (12 x 11). Large light double bedroom with room for a double bed and has a fitted wardrobe.

There is plenty of space for a desk and chair for working from home.

While the house is furnished, the room furniture is open to negotiation.

The 2nd shower room is just across from the advertised bedroom. This will be mainly (but not exclusively, for when we have guests etc) be for the use of the bedroom.

Will be sharing with a friendly and tidy professional.

Very handy for transport. Streatham Common is less than a 5 minute walk from the house and it has trains to London Victoria (20 mins), London Bridge (30 mins), and Clapham Junction (11 mins).

Streatham station is about 15 minutes away, with trains to Farrindgon (23 mins), and London St Pancras (25 mins).

Shops: Tescos, M&S, Aldi, Sainsbury, pubs, delis, cafes, and restaurants, all within a 5-15 minute walk.

The Common (a very large park), with the beautiful Rookery garden, is within a 15 minute walk.
