Heyy, I have a lovely double room available right next to Streatham common.
The room is part of a two bed flat, with a shared bathroom, living room and kitchen with myself. Rent is £850 excluding bills. Approx £950 including bills. Deposit is £850. The room comes with the furniture, but not a mattress.
I work as a paramedic in central London, working shift work so I won’t be in most of the time or if I am I’m probably sleeping.
I’m very sociable, enjoy going out mostly to the pub for a few drinks 🤥. I’m clean and tidy, always make sure I don’t leave a mess anywhere! I also enjoy going out to gigs, most house or techno events, the more the merrier!
