We have a room that would be available for sublet from March to August with the possibility to get on the lease following August. The move-in date is flexible if that helps!
The house is in Streatham Common, rent is £1000 pcm + bills. We’re looking for a female working professional (hybrid working is ideal), who’s friendly, easygoing, and respectful of shared space.
You’d be living with two other lovely girls in their late 20s. It’s not a party house, but you’re more than welcome to have friends over for dinner parties etc.
The room is big and bright, with lots of wardrobe space (big win) and easily fits a desk. The house is a 5-minute walk to Streatham Common station, with direct trains into central London.
