Massive double room in Streatham Common

We are Helena and Chiara, two professionals working in fashion/mental health, looking for a third member to join our welcoming and friendly house.
Females only, please.

🏠 The house is located above an off license shop, great to receive all day mails and delivery. It consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms(only main one with shower), very spacious kitchen and separate living room, equipped with a large TV for great movies nights! The room that needs to be filled is the largest one, as big as the living room, located on the second floor. It already includes double bed, warbrode, extra storage, wooden furniture and potentially a desk. It has plenty of extra space and it gets a lot of natural light.

💵 Rent is 800£ per month, plus bills, which come up to about 120£ a month. Deposit is one month rent, to be paid upfront with first month rent.

🚋 The neighbourhood and surrounding area has everything that you might need: awesome parks, 24h shops, large supermarkets, restaurants, café and independent/popular shops.
Connections are great too! We are right opposite Streatham Common Station, and have 24h bus stops on front of the house. 20 minutes direct train to Victoria, 30 minutes direct train to London Bridge. 10 minutes walk to Streatham Station, where you can access direct trains to Farringdon, St Paul, St Pancras, Blackfriars, and more! 20/25 minutes bus ride to the vibrant and lively Brixton(Zone 2 - tube).
