The flat is the ground floor of a converted Victorian house. Unusually for London, it also has a large private garden, with a BBQ, summerhouse and plenty of seating and a very relaxing feel.

I am a late 40s professional gay man, who works from home a lot. I am generally home in the evenings.

The house is the first house on a street of 3-storey Victorian houses most of which have been divided into flats some time in the last 40-50 years.

Streatham Hill, as a neighbourhood, is undergoing something of a revival at the moment and is an increasingly sought after place to live. it is a short bus ride to lively Brixton and trendy Clapham and is very well served by a number of bus services, tube lines at Brixton and Clapham and overground services from Streatham Hill.

Parking is on street and you would need a parking permit from Lambeth Council.
