Double room on Streatham High Road SW2

The flat:
Two bedroom flat on Streatham High Road. Double room available, fully furnished.. Above Sainsbury's so pretty handy for all your hungover/lazy needs. M&S, Starbucks and Superdrug just across the road too. Available from the 1st of March.

About us: Looking for an awesome flatmate to fill our other room. You'll be living with a couple (two girls, so you have to be cool with the whole LGBT shebang). I'm a student paramedic and Carly is an Economic Policy Analyst (no one knows what it is but I'm sure she can explain).
We're by no means a party house, we're pretty low-key and like to chill in the evenings with some wine and tv and I guess that's the kind of housemate we're looking for. We both love the flat to be clean and tidy, so want someone who can respect that too. We get a cleaner bi-weekly, which is an additional £8each fortnightly.
You must like cats, we have two - Pixie and Pip. They're super affectionate and just all around great!

I work a lot of shifts when on placement, and at times am up from 4am or on night shifts, so need someone who is respectful of that too.

Transport: we're in a great location. Buses to brixton are literally every minute, Streatham Hill Station is a 5 minute walk, and has links to Victoria in 15 minutes and Clapham Junction in 8.
