The room is a spacious double room. There’s a wardrobe, one set of drawers and bed.

Well located flat, just a couple of minutes walk from Streatham Hill station which gets you to Victoria in 20 minutes or the Northern Line in 3 minutes (Balham).

* 10 min bus to Brixton station (Victoria line).

* 15 min walk to Streatham station which takes you to City Thameslink/Blackfriars/Farring don.

Lots of amenities around - Fitness First gym across the road/Virgin Active less than 10 mins walk away. Right next door to a Tesco Express; M&S Food Hall and Co-Op five mins away. Great Italian Deli at the corner, superb coffee shops, lots of local shops, some great local pubs.

Bathroom and kitchen are well equipped and living room is a good size. We also have access to a communal terrace with patio furniture, and a huge shared garden, which is great for BBQs in the summer. Our landlord is great, dealings with him have been very straightforward, sorts any issues we have v quickly - he even takes us out for meals, the best landlord any of us have come across.

Bills aren't actually included with the rent we pay to the letting agency, but we all pay a monthly total into a house bank account so the £733 figure is essentially all bills included (including a weekly cleaner).

About us - we're three friends (all found on Spareroom!) so it's a friendly flat. Alex is from Derby and is a product designer. Will is from London and works in IT. We all enjoy spending time together but also have our own circles of friends.
