Hello! We have a cosy room available in our five bedroom house. It has a double bed as well as extra storage on shelf outside room & an extra chest of drawers. The house is a 1930s build with gorgeous natural light, big communal areas including a large garden with an allotment, a big living room, kitchen, and two bathrooms.

This is a friendly house share with all creatives girls between 26-30, the current housemates are Kris, Cristina, Charlotte & Emily! We are looking for someone similar who is social and relaxed to fit into the house. We like to hang out and cook dinner together sometimes, but also are busy with our own things. Ideally, we are looking for a girl, 26+ who is a working professional. We are looking for someone who is interested in living here long term and wants to participate in creating a nice home.

Just a 10-minute bus ride from Brixton tube, the house is perfectly situated for your commute, but just far out of town enough to benefit from some seriously cheap rent!

The room is £390 inc bills & is available from now - we are flexible with the move-in date.

Deposit of £150 plus your first months rent upfront.
