Double room in Streatham Hill, short term let

Hello!

I have a room available to rent in my two-bed flat in Streatham Hill and am looking to rent it out for a short period. It's perfect for anyone who's between places for a few weeks, or anyone visiting London and needing somewhere to stay.

The flat is on the top floor of a big converted Victorian house. The room is at the back of the flat overlooking gardens / the houses on the street behind.

It's on a quiet residential road just off the high street and is about a 6-7 min walk from Streatham Hill station. Also about a 10 min walk from Tooting Common, which is lovely in summer! Balham underground station is a 20 min walk away, and there’s lots of buses up the high street towards Brixton station too.


A bit about me…I am 34 and work in marketing for a charity. I'm out quite a bit but when I’m in, I generally just relax by watching TV, reading, cooking etc. Basically I’m fairly normal 🙂


Also I've rented it out to a few different people over the years, both full time and part time and it's always worked well!
