Cute small double room to rent!

Hi there!

We are Izzy, Elle and Cathy and we are all in our late 20s working as a nurse, in recruitment and in hospitality . We are friendly girls who enjoy the standard things in life such as cooking, eating out, socialising with friends and watching films. We also enjoy playing sports yoga, gyming and going on as many holidays as possible. We all have our own social lives but enjoy catching up with a glass of wine/dinner in the evening (particularly at the moment).

We have a four bedroom flat, and have a small double room available from mid of May. The flat is very bright and has a lounge, sperate bathroom and toilet, garage and open space on the fire escape for a morning coffee. We also get amazing sunsets (which we love taking pictures of).

The room: The room is a small double which is really bright and cosy! The room is fully furnished with a small double bed, wardrobe and also a chest of draws which is in the hallway.

About the area: Streatham Hill is very 'up and coming' with lots of cafes, restaurants and bars alongside multiple supermarkets within walking distance (Tesco Extra, Lidl, Aldi and lots of smaller stores). Transport links in the area are particularly excellent with buses going to Brixton, Clapham and central London. Additonally there are two train stations in the area which provide frequent services to London bridge, Victoria and Farringdon. There is also free off road parking as round the area.

About you: We are looking for someone in their late twenties/early thirties, who is easy going and clean to fit into our home. We don’t  have wild parties but like to have friends over for drinks/dinner.

Bills are £90 a month, including council tax, broadband, electricity and gas which is included in the rent.

TOTAL rent cost is £500 a month!
