Lovely Large Double Room! (Bills Inc.)

Large double room available in Streatham Hill just 5 minutes away from bars, restaurants, and Streatham Hill Station. Tulse Station is a 20minute walk away and Brixton Underground is a 10 minute bus ride away. There are plenty of green spaces around with a 2 minute walk to Hillside Gardens with Tennis Courts, 10 minute walk to Tooting Common and 20 minute walk to Brockwell Park.

The room is on the same level as the Living Room, Bathroom and Kitchen and our room is a level above. There is a very cute roof space (if you don't mind going through the window!) where you can enjoy a drink in the sunshine. There is no furniture in the photo but we are happy to arrange a double bed and draws if required.

We are a couple, a New Zealander who works in Finance and a Canadian who is a Textile Conservator. We are fairly outgoing, relaxed and tidy. We are very much looking forward to London opening up to enjoy all the exhibitions, galleries, gigs and theater and we also like chilled nights in hanging at the flat.

We are looking for someone who is tidy, relaxed, happy doing their own thing but is also sometimes up for a glass of wine and a chat when they feel like it! :-)
