🏡 The flat:
Modern, well-kept and peaceful with a great vibe. Shared kitchen, bathroom and living areas are fully equipped and kept clean. Although the bathroom is shared, I have an en suite for myself so the main bathroom is pretty much all yours so there’s no fighting for the bathroom!

📍 Location & transport:
Ideally located at the top of Brixton Hill on the way into Streatham. Excellent bus links straight down to Brixton, with great tube connections — around 20 minutes into Central London.

I’m a friendly, relaxed professional — into fitness, cycling, mindfulness and cooking. I enjoy a calm home environment and am respectful of shared space.

Looking for a medium-term stay (around 6–12 months, flexible).
