Huge loft double in Streatham Hill

Hi there, we’re looking for someone to take the huge loft room in our lovely flat. The room is available to move into now however this date is flexible.

The house is located on a quiet residential street just off Streatham Hill high street, with access to many cafes, pubs, restaurants and shops such as a Londis, Aldi, co op, Tesco and a Sainsbury's. There are also 5 gyms to choose from within walking distance.

The house is well connected, close to many transport services, including:
- 8 minute walk to Streatham Hill station for Southern rail, with trains running to London Bridge and Victoria.
- 10 minute bus to Brixton for Victoria line running every few minutes.
- 6 minute bus to Tulse Hill for Thameslink to Blackfriars, Farringdon etc.

About the flat, it’s a super homely space and nicely decorated as the landlord used to live here. The living room is a cozy place to chill and has a smart TV and loads of books which you’re welcome to read. The sofa is a sofa bed so if you want to have guests over they’re welcome to stay. We also have an Xbox, PS4 and lots of board/card games. The kitchen is large and has lots of storage space, a big fridge/freezer, and two ovens. It leads to a small balcony and big garden space which will be perfect for the summer!

The room itself is on the top floor and comes furnished with a large green wardrobe, desk, desk chair, rug, and the bedside cabinet you can see in the pictures. It also comes with a wooden ladder bookcase. The room does not come with a bed or mattress so you will need to provide this (we’re happy to help with sourcing this). It has windows on the garden side of wall so there’s lots of natural light in the morning and no noise so you can sleep peacefully.

About us, we’re two girls, me (Maddi) and Tina. I work in marketing and Tina is a Master’s student studying nutrition. We enjoy a chat, watching TV together, heading to the gym, playing board games, going for a drink or to the cinema. Usual stuff really! We respect each other’s space and quiet time as well so it’s a chill environment.
