Looking for a 3rd flatmate in Streatham Hill

Hello!
I am looking for someone to take over my spacious room in a lovely flat in Streatham Hill. I have loved living here and will be sad to go - I am only leaving to move in with my partner.

You will be living with two great girls - Grace who is 28 and a Nurse in the NHS, and Ellenor who is 29 and is a Marketing Manager. We are looking for someone who would like to have a friendly relationship with their flatmates as we have always enjoyed doing activities or meals together once or twice a week. Both Ellenor and Grace like to keep the living space clean, homely, and are both very respectful. Ellenor works from home 4 days a week and Grace works shifts. LGBTQIA+ friendly household!

The room is a spacious double with two big windows so it gets lots of natural light. It comes furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe with inbuilt drawers and small desk. The flat has 2 bathrooms (one bath/shower and one shower), a communal kitchen/living area and it is positioned above the Highstreet meaning it's walkable to many great restaurants, cafes and pubs. Move in will be mid April (date tbc).

There is a bus stop directly opposite which has regular buses to Brixton (Victoria line), Clapham and Balham (Northern line). It is also only a 4 minute walk to Streatham Hill train station which has regular trains to Victoria and London Bridge amongst other stations. The Thameslink is only a 15 minute walk or 6 minute bus away at Streatham station.
