FLATMATE: Im a 29yo Aussie gay male who works as a hairdresser in Kensington, so im out of the flat Tuesday - Saturday daytimes, im very clean, considerate, laidback and super friendly.

COST: Rent is £1,050 per month (an absolute steal for this development based on conversations with many other residents). Bills come to around £160 per month. Deposit of £1,211 which would be payable to my previous housemate and names will be changed on TDS holding. I assume a new tenancy agreement will be entered into with a minimum of 3 months.
