Huge en-suite room in Streatham Hill 🌸

I'm sadly leaving my lovely housemates and house in Streatham Hill and am looking for someone to take my spacious en-suite double room for £917.5/month. ✨

The house is HUGE, with a large kitchen, dining room, two lounges, five toilets, garden with its own bar and off street parking. 😎

The bedroom comes with a double bed and I’d be willing to sell some of my other existing furniture if you’d like. Have plenty more pics and videos so message for those!

🚂 10 minute walk from Tulse Hill station
🚂 10 minute walk from Streatham Hill station
🚇 Balham is a 3 minute train or 20 min walk away (closest underground)
🚏 Clapham Common bus route stops just at the end of the road

You'll be living with three girls aged 23-25, all very clean and tidy, laid back and friendly. Most of us work from home 1/2 days a week and are always down for a pub trip/dinner out 🍕🍹

💰Rent is £917.50 per calendar month & bills are around £140 including energy, water, wifi and council tax.

Move in date is ASAP as I’m relocating 🩵

Must be able to pass reference checks and have these pretty much ready to go! Will also need to put a security deposit down and must have a UK based guarantor or a permanent job contract earning over £30,000 . No students sorry :)
