Streatham Hill - Double Room with En-suit

We have a big, bright double room available in a lovely huge 4-bed house in Streatham Hill, sharing with 3 wonderful housemates.

We are looking for a professional in full-time employment.
We have an adorable black cat, so you have to be pet-friendly.

The room is en-suite with a shower.
The room comes with a bed+mattress included, there is plenty of space for the rest of your furniture.
There is an alcove in the room which is a perfect space for working at home!

Additionally, the house has a large shared bathroom with a bath, plus there's an extra downstairs loo. There is a separate living room and a dining room which doubles up nicely as a space to work from home. We have a very well-equipped kitchen with a gas stove and dishwasher. We have a basement which is great for storage and there is also a huge garden with a shed, perfect if you have green fingers!

The house is right next to the famous ABC roads on Streatham Hill, a few minutes walk to Streatham Hill high st with lots of shops, cafes, bars etc.
It's also a short bus ride down the hill to Brixton station. Trains from Streatham Hill into Victoria take less than 20 minutes. And you have Brockwell Park, Hillside Gardens, and Streatham Common just a stone's throw away.

There are currently three housemates, who are such a lovely bunch to live with.

All housemates are working professionals in a range of careers including events and design. Everyone has busy schedules but as a house, we do enjoy a good chit-chat over dinner in front of the telly. Bonus points if you like a good-natured documentary/the occasional trash TV show!
We're of course also an LGBTQIA+ and POC-friendly house.

The room is available from the 7th of May.
The rent is £1070 plus bills. The deposit of £873.
Reference checks will be completed by the estate agents.
