Short Term Summer Let in Streatham Hill

Hey!
I have a double bedroom available in my flat in Streatham Hill.
It's available from 11th May until end of September - dates are very flexible, could be shorter term dependent on needs.

The flat is bright and spacious with a small private garden that you'd be free to use. There's a large living area that opens out into the garden. I've only just moved in myself so furniture is all new and there's still space for extra decorations in the living room! There is also free on street parking directly outside the flat which always has space available if you have a car.
The available bedroom is fully furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and bed which has extra storage underneath. There is space for a desk if you need to WFH. The bedroom has private doors that lead out into the garden.

The location is brilliant, 10mins from Streatham Hill, and Tulse Hill stations and plenty of bus routes to Brixton, Clapham, Croyden etc.

You'd be sharing the flat with me :) I'm 26 and work in the environmental sector for a construction company.
I'm a very friendly and laid-back person, looking for someone that is like-minded and would be happy to have a chat/watch some Netflix in the evenings. I'm very active and go to the gym regularly, so let me know if you need a gym buddy. I also like my own space so would be completely respectful of someone wanting time to themselves as well.
