Large double room in Friendly Streatham Hill flat

Hi all,

My partner and I are looking for another couple (open to single applicants) to take over from our current roommates and take their large double room in our lovely shared flat.

About the room/flat....

First off, the location couldn't be more convenient. Our flat is a hop, skip, and a jump away from Streatham Hill overground station, with Brixton just a short bus ride away. Plus, we're surrounded by some great pubs and supermarkets, all within a five-minute stroll.
The room comes furnished with the bed, mattress, and large built in wardrobes. There is also storage in a large loft and a desk if needed.

Shared areas are a large spacious open-plan living room and a comfortable sized kitchen.

Rent is £1050pm plus around £75 for all bills per person. Bills cover gas, electric, water, council tax and broadband.
£1211.50 deposit.

Now, let's talk about the most important part - who you'll be living with. That's us, Lucy and Dougie! We're a couple of Aussies who are still new to London and eager to get out and explore the city. Whether you're up for a chat or prefer your own space, we're easygoing and respectful. We take pride in keeping the flat clean and tidy, but we're also keen to make some new friends who we can enjoy flat dinners and nights out with.
