You would be living with me (23) and Clara (22). We're both from the US. I work in digital marketing in Soho and Clara is an MA student at KCL.

It’s quite a social flat. We spend a lot of time together, whether it’s wine and movie nights, exploring London, or going to the local pubs/restaurants. We are also both very tidy and love a Sunday deep clean. And we're looking for someone who would like to be friends as well as housemates!

The lease ends in September but there is the opportunity to extend/renew.
