1 x double bedroom available in Streatham Hill flat. Room available as housemate is moving in with her boyfriend.

The flat has 3 x double bedrooms. Your flatmates are two women, Grace and Ellenor (both 29 years old).

The flat has 2 large bathrooms - 1 with a toilet, sink and large shower, and the other has a toilet sink and bath and shower.

The current tenancy is due for renewal in October so we ideally want a new flatmate that will stay until the end of the current tenancy. (It is likely that the tenancy can be renewed if we want as we have already renewed it before and have been living here for a year and a half now).

The flat is a 3 minute walk from Streatham Hill train station, which goes direct to Victoria in 15 minutes. Outside the house is a bus stop which takes you to Brixton tube station in around 15 minutes. Around a 15 minute walk away is also Streatham train station.

If you have a car, a permit is around £25 a month for on-street parking.

We are looking for a flatmate who will want to be our friend and hang out too, as we are a sociable bunch and also enjoys and clean and tidy flat!

Both Grace and Ellenor enjoy the gym, coffee, yoga, running, reading, going to the pub and being sociable. Ellenor is also learning to speak Spanish, so bonus points if you can help her practice!
