A lovely double room is available in a bright and spacious flat in Streatham Hill. The room comes part furnished with a comfortable double bed and mattress, clothes rail, and built in shelving.
You’ll be sharing an open-plan kitchen and living area, plus a well-kept bathroom. The living space has a relaxed, homely feel, with a TV that includes Sky and Netflix. High-speed WiFi is included, and the flat gets plenty of natural light throughout the day.

I’m a live-in landlord (31), working full-time from the office. On weeknights I’m usually cooking, running, at the gym, or chilling with a film. I like to keep the flat clean and calm, and I’m looking for someone who’s friendly, respectful, and tidy.

Location: Short walk from Streatham Hill Station and short bus to Brixton, with great links into central London, and close to local shops, cafes, and gyms.
