Our lovely top living room!

Hello!

After 6 wonderful years in this truly beautiful home, I am moving on and need someone to take up my room from approx 19th Jan

- 3 storey town house
- fully communal ground floor with all communal spaces furnished
- homely and well decorated
- 2 spacious living rooms
- large kitchen-diner with ample baking supplies
- garden ! 🪴

🛌 The Room
- quiet room alone on 3rd floor
- completely unfurnished
- private landing
- small built-in cupboard AND attic with storage space
- roomy enough for a king size bed
- double glazed
- very newly painted walls

👯‍♀️The Housemates

Three wonderful women, exceptionally kind and generous, interesting, open, relaxed and respectful! Mature enough not to bicker or leave weird pass-ag energy around, young at heart enough to have a jolly nice time!

- Harriet - very generous with her posh coffee machine and good at picking out a gripping trash tv show
- Emma - often bakes chocolate cakes in the middle of the night and would sell her left arm if you needed it (not sure why you would, but she would…)
- Shal - makes the house smell great with her fancy washing detergents and her aroma diffusers and makes a mean punch for a party
- Yugi - a very good boy 🐶

👤 The New Housemate
- either female or any gender if LGBTQ+
- chilled, respectful, kind
- contributes to the homely atmosphere
- has own bedroom furniture
- can move in 19th Jan

🗺️ The Area
- 10 min bus ride to Northern Line (Balham/Tooting Bec)
- 15-20 min bus ride to Victoria Line (Brixton)
- two mainline stations within walking distance, running directly to Victoria/Clapham J/London Bridge/Farringdon/St Pancras in 15-35 mins, making it a highly commutable location
- 2 M&S Food in walking distance, with a Lidl and Aldi in between
- pubs, restaurants and a million Deliveroo options 👌🏻
- Tooting Bec Common at the end of the street, Streatham Common 15 mins walk
