Looking for a peaceful yet well-connected place to call home? I’m looking for a flatmate to share this spacious, characterful flat featuring a massive private garden and a large, bright living room (complete with a dishwasher—no mountain of dishes here).

The Space
Your Room: A bright, furnished space with a bed and wardrobe. Want to make it your own? Feel free to swap the furniture out—you have total creative freedom to decorate and furnish as you like.

The Garden: A huge green escape! While access is through my room, the garden is a shared sanctuary and you are more than welcome to use it whenever you like.

The Flat: You’ll only be sharing with me.

The Vibe: I keep the place very tidy and clean. I’m a night owl but strictly a quiet one! I’m a smoker, but strictly outdoors only. During the week, I’m chilled, though I do enjoy a few pints at the weekend.

Location & Perks
Prime Spot: Located in a lovely neighborhood surrounded by great local pubs.

Transport: Excellent links—just a 7-minute walk to the train station and a 15-minute bus ride to the heart of Brixton.

Bonus: I’m currently hosting a cat, but she’s only here temporarily for a few months.
