We have two rooms available in our lovely flat in Streatham Hill! The flat is spacious and modern, and on the ground floor therefore has it's own private garden! Also with an open plan kitchen and living room with all the expected amenities, including a dishwasher. One room is with an en suite, one without- but only sharing the main bathroom with one other flatmate (me). Tenancy from 14th March subject to agency reference checks and deposit. Council tax band D.

Situated in a great location with a variety of excellent transport links:

- Streatham Hill station is a 10 minute walk with quick access to Clapham Junction and Victoria (less than 20 minutes).
- Tulse Hill station is a 15 minute walk with Thameslink trains that take you to Blackfriars in just over 15 minutes.
- Plenty of bus routes into Central London which also are easy to connect to the Northern Line (Balham) and Victoria Line (Brixton).

Streatham Hill high street has a Co-op, M&S Food, Sainsbury's local, Starbucks, Superdrug and a Gail's. Further down the High Road there is a big Tesco, Lidl, Aldi, another M&S Food and a big Sainsbury's, plus a plethora of other useful shops.

The flat is on a quiet road with Hillside Gardens Park and tennis courts just a minute away, and about a 20 minute walk to the lovely and leafy Brockwell Park and beyond into Herne Hill! Managed through an agency who are always very helpful and quick to respond if we have any issues.

Hello! I'm Laura, I'm 24 and I work in theatre. I love a good trip to a garden centre and thus have a lot of houseplants! I'm always down for a coffee and a walk, or settling in for a movie night or a board game. I love a theatre trip and am also a big fan of spending time at the Brockwell Park Lido in the summer!

Looking for some like-minded and lovely flatmates who are looking for a nice balance of a socialising and personal space. Will be doing viewings over the next week or so.
