Lovely High-Ceiling Double Room in Streatham Hill – £850 (excl. bills)

My boyfriend and I are looking for a friendly, easy going housemate to join us in our lovely maisonette in Streatham Hill.

The room is a gorgeous double with high ceilings and big windows that let in loads of natural light and will be partly furnished (more details to come). The flat has a comfy living room, a kitchen with seating and dining table, a small office/storage room, a shared bathroom with shower, with stairs down to a patio. More pics to come.

You’ll be living with a fun-loving, chilled couple. We’re tidy and clean but not obsessive about it — we just appreciate someone who’s respectful of shared spaces and pulls their weight. We both work outside the house, so we’re ideally looking for someone who doesn’t work from home full-time.

We’re social but also value our own space — happy to share the occasional dinner or glass of wine, but no pressure. The vibe at home is relaxed and friendly.

£850 per month, bills not included.
