Spare Room in Streatham Hill

Hello hello,

One of our housemates is moving in with her partner, so we're looking for someone to take her room! Applicant must be able to move in by 12th April 2026 and deposit is £952.

About the flat :
It's a beautiful 4 bed flat with a large open plan kitchen/dining room and living room. All modern appliances in the kitchen (dishwasher included WOO!). The rooms are all modern and spacious with high ceilings.

Two of the rooms are en-suite and the communal bathroom and shower are separate - so no queues for the bathroom in the morning!

About the room:
The room comes with a king size bed, and built in wardrobes (Olivia has said she would be happy to discuss leaving some furniture)

Location:
Loads of bars, pubs & restaurants nearby (we know a great spot for karaoke on a Friday, and happy hour margs). Also loads of great transport links, gyms, shops, park etc.

Streatham Hill Station: Less than a 1 min walk (Direct to London Bridge, Clapham Junction and Victoria)

Buses: Bus stop is a 1 min walk and you can get loads (59, 159, 109, 133, 333, 317, 250. 45 etc. - you get the idea haha)

Balham - 20 min walk

Brixton - 10 mins on the bus (majority of those listed above so they're every couple of mins)

Tooting Common - 10 min walk

Gyms:
Fitness First (1min), Pure gym (7min), Virgin Active (10min)

Shops:
M&S (2min), Coop (1min), Lidl (10min), Aldi (20min), Big Tesco (20min)

About the flatmates :
Harvey is 27 and works for the NHS training to be a therapist. Jack is 28 and works in the Charity sector. Lyndsey is 32 and works in events (free tickets!!).

We get on very well and are looking for a sociable person who will enjoy hanging out in the house, Sunday walks to Tooting Market, going to the pub, watching a movie together etc etc.
