I am looking for a flat mate to fill a vacant spare bedroom asap. It's £470 excluding bills and comes unfurnished. However, there is a living room space with sofa and chairs to relax in. Feel free to put a TV in there, it's up to you. Also comes with a fully kitted out kitchen: stove, air-fryer, microwave and washing machine.
You would be 20 mins walking distance from Clapham South and Streatham Hill stations and a short bus journey to Brixton town centre.
The room does not include bills but that doesn't really take you above £700, especially in the summer. The flat is in council tax band B. I have a fibre connection to the internet, so speed is decent.
