I’m moving out of my room in this lovely 4-bedroom house share in Streatham Hill and looking for someone to take over my tenancy.

You’ll be living with three young professionals (32M, 29F, 25F) who are all friendly, tidy and considerate. Everyone does their own thing during the week, but it’s also a really nice vibe in the evenings where people will often catch up in the kitchen or living room. It’s a relaxed, respectful household that feels homely rather than just a rental.

The house itself is spacious and well kept, spread over three floors:
• 4 bedrooms in total
• Your room is on the first floor, facing the garden (nice and quiet)
• 1 shared bathroom on the first floor
• Additional toilet on the ground floor
• Large shared kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven & hobs
• 2 fridges and 2 freezers (so loads of space)
• Comfortable downstairs living room
• An additional spare room currently used as a drying room (the landlords have chosen not to turn it into another bedroom, so the house never feels overcrowded)

The landlord is genuinely proactive and easy to deal with — if there are ever any issues, they can be contacted directly and usually arrange for things to be sorted the next day.

The house is on a quiet residential street in Streatham Hill, just a 5-minute walk to local bus stops and the train station, so transport links are really convenient.

Rent: £705 per month
Bills: My current share £140.50 per month
Deposit: £800

The room will be available from the end of March.
