We have a beautiful double-sized room available for rent in our 4-person shared house! Located a 7 minute walk from Streatham High Road in a leafy residential area, with great links to Streatham Hill Station (10 min walk), Tulse Hill Station (15 minute walk), Brixton tube station (short bus journey) and the surrounding areas. You will be sharing with 3 other friendly female professionals (33-35) and we are looking ideally for another female (27+) to join us.
We are looking for a full time professional - someone who is clean, tidy, and friendly, who will enjoy sharing a meal and glass of wine with us every so often and an occasional boogie in Brixton if that’s your thing! There is a shared bathroom on the 1st floor with shower/bath and toilet, plus another toilet downstairs. A large and bright kitchen with dishwasher, gas hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave etc. A spacious and cosy living room / dining room two double sofas, a TV and a large dinner table great for chill dinner parties. We have a south facing garden with an outdoor table chairs and 2 sun loungers for when the weather is hot! Plus lots of storage for coats, shoes etc. Double glazed windows and central heating in all rooms.

Liv is British, Beth is Scottish and Eva is American - we all met in Melbourne when travelling in Australia years ago so the vibe is friendly and inclusive but we also all have our own lives. This house would suit someone with a similar balance - i. e. someone who is fairly sociable and up for chats when we’re together but the house is big and the rooms are lovely so there’s plenty of space to have privacy and alone time whenever that’s preferred!
