Bright, spacious room available from early April in a clean and homely shared house in Streatham Hill. I am sadly leaving London and looking to find a replacement for my room in this lovely house!

- 7 minute walk to Streatham Hill Station and Streatham High Street. (accessing lines to Clapham Junction, Victoria Station & London Bridge)
- 15-20 minutes by bus to Brixton underground station and Victoria Line.
- Great access to transport links.
- Plenty of shops, cafes, gyms and parks nearby

The room
- Double bed including mattress.
- One large window with full-length blackout blind
- Includes all furniture seen in photos except the ottoman chest below the window; the desk can stay or be removed
- Space under bed for additional storage
- High ceilings
- Bright room but still feels cosy and warm.
- Rent £850pcm

The house
-Homely, characterful house with period detailing and high ceilings located in a conservation area.
- Shared kitchen with plenty of storage.
- Shared cosy living room.
- Decent sized private garden perfect for BBQ's and relaxing with space for gardening.
- 1 bathroom shared between all tenants (never any issues with hot water supply etc).
- Plenty of extra storage spaces in the house if needed.

Housemates
- Sadly both my lovely housemates are leaving in March so we are in the process of finding two (equally lovely) tenants for the other two rooms - will update the ad when they are confirmed

Other Details
- Bills: not included (roughly 140 per month inc. council tax)
- Deposit: £0 (none!)
- Available: April 10th
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- It is worth noting that a lot of the furnishings and some kitchen appliances belong to one of the people leaving and will be taken with them but this means the house can be made your own!

- Sociable and wanting a friendly, homely atmosphere
- Clean and considerate
- No students, sorry!
