Looking for one person to join this lovely semi-detached home in South West London as I am moving out of London. I have lived here for 4 years and it’s such a nice house with so much space. You’ll be living with Amber (29) and Laura (33) who like reading, pub trips and travelling.

It’s in a quiet area in walking distance to multiple different gyms, independent cafes, restaurants and bars.

The house also has a driveway which is not currently in use, so is suitable for someone with a car. Also has a large garden and garage.

The house is:
- 5 minutes walk to Tooting Common
- 20 minute walk to Balham
- 15/20 minutes to get to Brixton and Clapham Common stations by bus
- 10 minute walk to Streatham Hill station, with direct trains to London Bridge, Clapham junction and Victoria

The tenancy ends in October 2026 but there is the option to extend. Bed/mattress, wardrobe and chest of drawers included in the bedroom. Desk included in the study room and I’m looking to sell my bookcase for £30.
