Looking for a female flatmate (aged between 27–34) who is clean, tidy and respectful. Ideally looking for someone with a similar work pattern (9-5 with a mix of wfh and office). It’s a chill cosy flat, not a party flat. The landlord is really nice and responsive to any issues.

🛏️ The room comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe and the green draws.

Rent : £875 each per month (excluding bills)
Bills: approx £170 per month

-15 min walk to Streatham station
-Great bus links towards Brixton (Victoria line)

You’ll be living with me, Dani (27), a civil servant. Sadly my friend is moving out to live with her partner.
It would be lovely to find someone who could become a friend as well as a flatmate - someone who’s up for the occasional pub trip, flat dinner or film eve ☺️
