In the first property (available from early April photo 9-16):
• 1 Ensuite room – £225 per week
• 1 Double room for single use – £230 per week

In the second property (available now photo 1-8):
• 1 Ensuite room – £310 per week

Both properties have a shared lounge, modern kitchen, and a garden.

The houses are located a short walk from Streatham High Street, with convenient amenities nearby including M&S, Waitrose, Boots, and other shops, cafes, and restaurants.

Terms of conditions:
• Water, Wi-Fi and council tax are included in the weekly price
• GAS & ELECTRICITY are subject to usage
• Maintenance support and emergency contact number are provided.
• Relocation service available.
• Complimentary monthly cleaning service included.
• ZERO deposit applies, subject to eligibility criteria.
