Looking for a relaxed, easy-going, quiet, non-smoking flatmate with whom to share the space, and maintain a friendly, respectful environment.

The room is a south-facing, good-sized double, with all the furnishings as shown; including desk/chair, double wardrobe, bookshelves etc.

It's on the first floor a split-level maisonette near Streatham Hill station, with a small garden at the back (as well as an area to sit out on the flat roof!).

Shared / communal areas include: a kitchen-diner with allocated cupboard space, hallway/ landing, bathroom and living room.

Location: 8 mins walk from Streatham Hill station, with a local grocery store only 2 mins walk away, and a small park 3 mins walk away. It's also an easy bus ride into Brixton (for the tube).

I've been living here for 3.5 years, and I work part-time nearby. I generally cycle to get around.
