With a new job abroad and a blossoming romance, both of my lovely housemates will sadly be moving on from our delightful 4 bed home in Streatham Hill over the next 2 months.

Which means I’m on the hunt for 2 lovely new housemates to move in!

Both rooms are doubles, one spacious attic room with ensuite and another spacious room on the first floor with own family bathroom complete with bath next door (would love someone that will still let me have a bath from time to time though - I will keep bubbles and bath salts replenished 🤣). The double room with family bathroom can be available from mid-May and the attic room from Mid-June but there is flexibility if either room is needed sooner.

Bills (council tax/gas/electric/fibre optic broadband) come in at around £125 each per month.

A bit about me - I’m a 39 year old singer-songwriter and marketing consultant who mostly works from home. I occupy the 3rd double with en-suite and I have a 4 year old Bengal Cat so any new housemates hopefully (kinda must) like cats! Despite being a singer, I’m relatively quiet as I am around so much loud music when I’m at work and any recording I need to do happens during daytime working office hours. Having rented in London for 16 years, I’m very respectful of people’s personal space and also have probably every kitchen appliance you can possibly think of (cherry de-stoner, I got you!)

We do have a spare bedroom which also acts as my recording studio and one of my current housemates may be contributing to rent to store some of her things there whilst she works in Thailand for the next few months. However there is a Queen size bed should any guests require it!

The house itself is very spacious, with a large kitchen, open plan living/dining space, conservatory, garden and downstairs loo! It’s on a lovely street which has a WhatsApp group full of lovely people willing to take in packages and lend things should you need anything! It was originally a family home, that the landlord grew up in himself and should any issues arise, he’s always very quick to fix as he lives not far away.

Location wise it’s approx a 9-10min walk to Streatham High Road and Streatham Hill Station and a 15min walk to Tulse Hill station with plenty of lime bikes and scooters around should you ever be running late like me!

Happy to answer any questions and looking for respectful, tidy, professional female housemates also in their 30’s/early 40’s. Photos are from prior to us moving in but both rooms come with beds, mattresses, bedside tables and wardrobes. Current housemates may also be willing to sell any additional furniture they currently have.
