I am moving out of my lovely double room, in Streatham Hill, which I share with two wonderful girls and looking for another girl aged 24-27 to join.

The room is available from 23rd May 2026 and can start viewings asap!

💛Room:
It is the smallest room in the house, however has a double bed, room for under bed storage, large window, shelves, bedside table & several wardrobes for storage.

💛House:
We have a huge modern kitchen/lounge area, with a TV, spacious bathroom and a gorgeous private garden for London summers!

💛Location:
It's about a 10 min walk to Streatham park, Streatham high street and good transport links to both Balham & Clapham.

- Deposit: £1096 (spare room won’t let me add the full amount)
- Rent pcm: £890
- Bills pcm (roughly): £125 (water, electric, council tax, wifi)
- References are required and/or guarantor needed.

*Please note, our current contract (prior to May renters rights) would be ending on 31st July 2026. Therefore the two current flatmates will also be moving out by this date, but of course you can organise with the landlord to stay if you find another 2 people to share with!*
