Looking for a girl to take over a spacious double room within the next few weeks, as our flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend before she goes back to NZ! ❤️

* Based in Streatham Hill, with easy access to Brixton, Clapham, and Balham

* 5-minute walk to Streatham Hill station

* Around 15 minutes by bus to Brixton (Victoria Line) and Clapham Common (Northern Line)

* Great local amenities: close to Gail’s and M&S, plus Lidl and a large Sainsbury’s nearby for bigger shops

* Streatham Hill has some of the best charity shops I’ve been to in London, also loads of gyms

* 15 minute walk to Tulse Hill Station which is next to the Railway (great pub for pizza,+ gigs), and even closer to the Hand in Hand on Brixton Hill that does pints for under £5…

�You’ll be living with three girls, all in our mid-20s. Our interests include: gigs, foraging, pilates, car boots, baking, folk nights, hikes etc etc!!!

Looking for someone who is interested in being friends and not just a housemate! We each have our own friend groups in London and like our downtime, but we do want someone who’s keen to be part of our home as well. Would be great if you were up for a trip to the pub/cinema or occasional night out! 🙂
