🧍‍♀️Looking for a flatmate to replace me as I am moving in with a friend from uni. Have loved living in the flat and the girls are laid back and super easy to get along with. They are looking for a flatmate who is respectful, clean and relaxed. They both get up for work early in the morning (Mon-Fri) so would like a flatmate who is respectful of their sleeping schedules.

🧹 We have a cleaning rota in place which is super useful for keeping the place tidy.

🏡The flat faces the communal garden at the back of the building, with the garden being a lovely place to relax and enjoy the sun.

💻The living room has a desk which is useful if working from home.

🚿 The bathroom has a shower/bath.

🚆Streatham Hill Train Station is 5 mins walk away and Brixton Tube Station is 15 mins away by bus.

🛍️ Sainsbury’s Local, Coop and M&S Foodhall all within a 5 mins walk. Tooting Common 10 mins walk.
