We have a large double room plus sole use of all the main living areas in our lovely flat in Streatham Hill, available from the end of April.

It is a bright double room in a 2-bed flat, which also has bathroom, living/dining room, separate kitchen and a balcony/fire escape. It is a clean & calm period flat, overlooking beautiful shared gardens. The 1930's estate has been featured on the Great Interior Design Challenge and the purpose-built flat retains many original features.

You will have all this to yourself for most of the time, except for a part-time tenant in the smaller room when we visit for work. We have cleared all the main rooms so you can make yourself at home in the whole flat. We'd be fine with either a sole occupant or a couple, if you're looking for the benefits of a place to yourselves but at a significantly reduced rent.

The flat is in a great location, in its own peaceful gated setting but with excellent transport links: 8 minutes' walk from Streatham Hill station, approx 10 from Streatham main. Buses to central, south and west London go from directly outside. Brixton, Clapham and Balham all an easy cycle/bus ride. The block is gated and has free parking on site and in the adjacent streets, there is also secure cycle parking available on site.

Included: larger furniture inc bed, wardrobe and sofas (flexible on this if you have items of your own).

What's not included: water, gas, electricity, council tax, broadband -there is a very fast Hyperoptic connection which would be transferred from our name. Contribution to service charge.
